For our favorite preparation(s):
-Bring 8-12 oz of filtered water to a boil. In a heat proof jar, add 1-3 tsp of tea. Cover with just boiled water. Cap with a lid and let steep for 15 minutes.
Now you can:
1. Sip it as a tasty digestive & mouth freshener after or between meals.
2. Swish & gargle it for an effective and safe mouth rinse*
*We like to make a big batch of tea, drink most of it and then reserve 1/4 cup to use as our favorite herby mouth rinse!
